Blanc de Blanc + Bouchon

Our Blanc de Blanc Brut Sparkling is made in the traditional method from 100% Chardonnay grown on our Poseidon Estate Vineyard. For over 50 years, we have grown grapes on this vineyard for the top sparkling wine houses in the Napa Valley. In select vintages, we make a tiny quantity for ourselves. Literally; we only made 95 cases and we drink a lot of it. We really love to share it too.

While it is rare we don't finish a bottle in one evening, it is essential to have a high quality bouchon, aka a stopper, to seal the bottle and preserve the fizz after opening, if only for it's brief stay in the ice bucket. By far the best stopper we have ever used is this stainless steel Brevetti WAF. Easy to use, doesn't pop off like cheap copies, and seals airtight.
