- Please keep in mind that an adult signature is required to deliver your package and the carriers will only attempt delivery 3 times before sending your package back.
- We highly recommend shipping your order to a business address or directly to a FedEx/UPS location or participating retail store (first check to make sure they will accept your package on your behalf), such as Walgreens or CVS, where it will be held for pick up for up to 5 business days.
- Please contact us if you need help finding a nearby ship-to location that will accept wine on your behalf.
- If you need your order held at a UPS/FedEx location after it has been processed for shipping, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can submit a request before the order is sent back.
- Reroute fees will be charged for all packages that are delivered to a different address then the original shipping address on the order, and return fees will apply for packages sent back to our shipping warehouse.
